Administrator Training

LMAP has designed an administrative platform that gives our clients the ability to plan, initiate and manage a 360 administration using an intuitive web-based interface. Early in the process, we will work with a point person from your organization to determine the best administrative design for your program. LMAP provides training and support materials (checklists, timelines, rater selection suggestions, templates for participant and rater email-invitations, status reports and updates, reporting options) to organize and simplify every LMAP administration.

Many customers work directly with LMAP to manage their 360 programs. For those organizations requiring immediate, internal access to administrative tools, LMAP Administrator Training is offered and conducted live or on WebEx. This hands-on training provides real-time, guidance on how to set up and manage assessment programs within the LMAP web administrator platform.
