Team Profiler

LMAP Team Profiler is a tool for examining team styles, preferences, and dynamics. Whereas the LMAP 360 and MMAP 360 focus an individual’s results, LMAP Team Profiler focuses on the aggregated results of team members.

The LMAP Team Profiler generates six different Team Profiles:

• Self Ratings
• Aggregate Feedback
• Manager
• Peers
• Direct Reports
• Internal / External Customers

LMAP Team Profiler can also include custom variables defined by the user. These customizations vary by organization and have included factors such as gender, level of management and geographic location.
