To support consultants and organizations using our assessments, LMAP provides a variety of services, including facilitator training, executive coaching, administrator training and a Consulting Partners Program.

Over the decades our team has developed and delivered personality and performance programs for executives, managers, IT professionals, commercial airline pilots, and healthcare teams across the globe. LMAP principals deliver programs at the Yale School of Management Executive Education Program eight weeks a year, and work with clients on select programs and coaching assignments.

We’ve created custom versions of LMAP 360 to meet a wide-range of customer needs: from the simpler (integrate an organization’s competency model) to the more complex (a version standardized and written for commercial airline pilots). If you have custom requirements, feel free to contact us.
