Facilitator Training

LMAP Facilitator Training prepares internal and external OD consultants to use the LMAP 360 or MMAP 360 with their clients. Curriculum includes:

  • In-depth overview of the assessment; what it measures and how it measures it
  • Instruction on debriefing LMAP feedback reports with participants
  • Supervised practice debriefing and working with LMAP reports
  • Leadership Development Goal identification and implementation
  • Scheduling and support of the LMAP Pulse behavioral change surveys
  • LMAP Team Profiler

LMAP Facilitator Training uses of mix of didactic, experiential, hands-on report review, and debriefing practice methods. Prior to the Facilitator Training session, each participant completes an LMAP assessment, which is used in the training along with the LMAP Facilitator Guide. Participants receive an LMAP Personality and Performance PowerPoint with presenter notes that can be modified for organizational or team-specific applications.
