Roger Lipson, Ed.D

Roger Lipson has over twenty years of experience developing assessments, executive training programs and OD and executive coaching. Roger was Vice President of Selection Research at The Gallup Organization where he conducted research for Gallup’s Strengths Finder© assessment and the Q12© Employee Engagement Survey. Roger then joined Kenexa and led the Measurement and Assessment Practice, and all selection and employee development programs.

Roger is a guest lecturer at the Yale School of Management and has worked with RadioShack, GlaxoSmithKline, Honeywell, Office Depot, Marriott Hotels, Merrill Lynch, Hyatt Hotels, Knoll Pharmaceuticals, Disney Parks and Resorts, AFC Enterprises, TDAmeritrade, Valmont Industries. Roger received his doctorate at USC where he completed studies on the Big 5 Personality Model.
