Research & Resources

LMAP assessments are grounded in empirical studies that show systematic relationships between how a leader is perceived by other team members and his/her effectiveness on the job.

Since the first version of LMAP 360 was released in 2003, we have published and regularly updated an LMAP Methods & Statistical Findings. This document allows potential and existing customers to examine our research and validation findings to better understand how LMAP research fits into the broader context of Industrial Organizational Psychology research.
