Greetings!

On behalf of my LMAP colleagues welcome to the inaugural LMAP blog post. The LMAP blog will focus on the topics of leadership and management effectiveness, 360 feedback assessments and best practices in their application, research discoveries from our work and other research that has implications for our field, our clients and practice. We hope you’ll take time to comment on our posts and dialogue with us and others who share a common interest in these topics.

2011 is an exciting year for LMAP. We have burgeoning opportunities with our key partner, Yale University’s School of Management Executive Education Programs, other Consulting Partners and marquis global clients including PPG and Deloitte.

Beyond our client work and partnerships there are other important innovations and changes afoot here at LMAP. We are releasing a new derivative of LMAP 360 called MMAP 360. Where LMAP 360 is designed for senior leaders and executives, MMAP 360 is targeted for managers and individual contributors who interact with their associates. Look for more information about MMAP 360 and its specific release date in the coming months.

In Q2 we will also be unveiling our new and upgraded administration platform. While ease of use and administration has always been a hallmark of LMAP assessments, our new platform will add multiple language versions of our assessments, allow for adding client specific items, customization of reports and a host of other features and functions that will increase the utility of our assessments and improve the administrative, participant and rater experiences.
In future posts we’ll tell you more about what’s new and what’s coming next!

And if you’re going to SIOP on April 14-16 in Chicago please stop by our booth (#613).
