The Company

The principals at LMAP worked together in previous jobs. We came together out of a shared interest in developing and using state-of-the-art assessments of personality. Our goal is to stimulate insight and understanding about the impact of personality and behavioral habits on job effectiveness, and to provide information and tools on how to best use behavioral strengths and modify counterproductive behaviors.

We have a strong focus on helping executives, managers, and individual contributors across the globe understand the common denominators of leadership success regardless of industry, geography or culture.

The LMAP team upholds a very high standard of quality in products and business relationships. Our aim is to work with a select group of customers in order to maintain excellent customer service and long-lasting partnerships.
